I think the 2006 edtion is coming out soon. It's on
order at one of my libraries, but I don't do any books
scanning--just missing pages. I think most libraries
will have both volumes, so hopefully someone will be
willing to scan volume 2 for you. I admire your
willingness to tackle such a book. smile
