Ernie, I'm glad you mentioned this.

There were two copies of this book, Volume 1. I checked the copy I downloaded, and it's missing pages 9-10 as well. So, as long as you started it, I'll reject my copy.

Have fun.

Mickey

Hi, Ernie,

Is it possible that the title is wrong and that it
should be the Norton Anthology of World Masterpieces,h
Maynard Mack, general editor. ? ISBN number
0-393-96140-0

In case that's the book (it is 6th edition and was
published in 1992) I've requested it. It happens that
it's in my San Diego branch and I'm going down there
Wed. or Thurs., but I put a hold on it so no one comes
in the meantime to get it.

Also, I think maybe it came into our used-book store.
I'll double-check tomorrow when I go in.

Cindy

P.S. two of my other libraries have the 1995 edition,
and there probably isn't much difference. Also,
there's a 2006 edition about to come out.

Hi Cindy, or anybody else who might wanna help with
this.

Cindy, I've been told that at times you don't mind
looking for books to scan some missing pages.

As you have probably read on the list, I am
currently working with "The Norton Anthology of
World Classics, 6th Edition, Vol. I. There are
several copyright dates listed, but the most recent
is 1992; and the copyright is listed by the W. W.
Norton Company.

So far, pages 10 and 11 are missing, but there could
possibly be more. I have a long way to go , so I
don't know what may crop up.

I'd hate to reject it because I think it would be a
nice addition to the collection, 'specially if
somebody could find vol II. However, if the pages
can't be found, I'll send it on its merry way.

Let me know what you can do, Please.

Peace,
Ernie
