                    Hi gang,

Just to let everyone know, each night after I finish
approving books, I send Grandma Cindy an email, telling her that I'm done, so
she can send out her lists to everyone, including the list of new books added
that day. Last night, I sent her an email suggesting that we call it a night,
but then one more book showed up, so I approved it, thinking that Cindy hadn't
read my email yet. Well, she had already read it, and she had already sent out
her list. One sharp-eyed person noticed the discrepancy and told Cindy that she
had missed a book. So Cindy wrote me and told me that I was ruining her
reputation and that her daughter is an attorney (she was joking ... at least I
HOPE she was joking), so I am writing to state publicly that IT WAS MY FAULT! I
approved 'Freshman Choices' after I told Cindy I was done. So please do not
blame her! My bad!! And if this happens again in the future, it's all my fault
too. And if there's anything in your life that you need to blame someone for,
it's my fault. I have broad shoulders. I can take it. My fault.

Hoping that everyone takes this in the spirit intended
(tongue in cheek), Carrie
