In the words of Smoky Robinson, I second that emotion.

What Cindy does is a privelege and is on her own time. And very convenient
for those of us who love the book. but come on.

It was one book that would easily be found on bookshare anyhow.

Meka, Almost as cranky as Jana!

Wow... I can't believe that anyone would bother writing to Cindy to tell her
that she had missed a book! I mean, she doesn't even have to send out those
lists, although I for one am glad that she does!! <Smile> Still, if one
shows up after you guys have called it a day, what's the big deal?! Okay,
so I guess with my serious lack of sleep, I'm feeling a little cranky... But
I mean, REALLY!! <LOL> So, carrie, no worries... It's not your fault,
'cause it's just not!! <LOL>

                    Hi gang,

Just to let everyone know, each night after I finish
approving books, I send Grandma Cindy an email, telling her that I'm done,
so she can send out her lists to everyone, including the list of new books
added that day. Last night, I sent her an email suggesting that we call it a
night, but then one more book showed up, so I approved it, thinking that
Cindy hadn't read my email yet. Well, she had already read it, and she had
already sent out her list. One sharp-eyed person noticed the discrepancy and
told Cindy that she had missed a book. So Cindy wrote me and told me that I
was ruining her reputation and that her daughter is an attorney (she was
joking ... at least I HOPE she was joking), so I am writing to state
publicly that IT WAS MY FAULT! I approved 'Freshman Choices' after I told
Cindy I was done. So please do not blame her! My bad!! And if this happens
again in the future, it's all my fault too. And if there's anything in your
life that you need to blame someone for, it's my fault. I have broad
shoulders. I can take it. My fault.

Hoping that everyone takes this in the spirit intended
(tongue in cheek), Carrie
