Your are not the only one. For years now in fact this situation continues
to plague us. Surely some programming could solve this. Surely
involvement of the scanning software folks involved in header stripping
such as k1000 and bookshare is in order. With all the educational
institutions as members, can a grant be found somewhere? Can a volunteer
person assist in research or writing of such a thing?
