Hi, Bud. I do the line thing as I read the book unless it's one I'm just skimming. When that's the case, doing it manually is the only method I know of to get the job done. And yes, that's how most validaters do it too. (smile) If it makes you feel better, you pick up speed once you get more comfortable with the procedure. This line thing is not a Bookshare requirement. It's great that you're willing to do it, but please remember that it's optional. Your scans are very nice. I've read several of them and can tell you that you make a validater's job easy. Scans like yours are welcome with or without inserted blank lines.

Hi Gang,

I'm trying for the first time to make sure that the page numbers are one blank line above the text and a blank line above that at the top of the page. I find this very time consuming and figure there might be a better way than I am using. I'm just going from page to page and doing it all mannually. Is this the way the validators do it?
