I have found q to be a common substitution for 9, and I don't believe it has
ever been any other number. A is common for 4 but you can't completely
trust that.
It is also extremely common for 5 8 and s to all get enterchanged, which
causes a huge mess.
I have found your list to be pretty much the same as the results I get other
than these additions.
