I didn't attend the conference call but I did read the notes and responded
by email; to my mind improving the time it takes to Approve a book is the
most important thing, (though making sure the Renew option is available
comes close; but that can be worked around; we can always get out book back
from the download list; but  print books have either to be returned to the
library or returned to the scanner who mailed them to us; I don't remember
now exactly how  long it took me to be able to return to the scanner the
books she had sent me (some of that time, of course, I was using them to
proof, but a lot of the time I was waiting for them to be approved;  in the
meantime, she didn't have them to be able to get more books frompaperback
swap
