[bksvol-discuss] kurzweil question

For some reason, when I opened the file I was working on, I got half of the
book tacked onto the end. Do I have to delete each page individually, or can I
mark places and hit delete? I went to the beginning of the place I wanted to
delete and hit control M. Then I went to the end and did the same, and hit
delete and nothing happened.
