I have been using Kurzweil for about 2 years and I don't experience crashes
any more than any other program and I use K1000 almost daily. As a matter of
fact the copy of Openbook I use at work crashes almost everytime I use it.

It crashes a lot? Hmmm. I was thinking of getting an upgrade from OpenBook, because K1000 has some great features that are not in OB, but if your experience is typical ...

hi all. Well I got to a certain section of a book and all of a sudden kurzweil crashes in the same spot every time. I have closed and restarted it to have the same thing happen. I also have restarted my computer to have kurzweil 1000 do the same thing again. I can't do any more editing until I contact them again tomorrow. Man this is really annoying. I don't know why this program crashes so much.
