I am keeping the books too long due to our daughter going to the Lord last week.

Like many people, I read word for word, even when I know the submitter is one
who does an excellent job of pre-proofing, but my reasons for keeping some
books a long time are (1) they're very long books and need work, or (2) I'm
working on other books or image descriptions at the same time. However, if I
know a person wants the book done ASAP I do it first and work on it only.
Another reason is that I have the print book from a library that has unlimited
renewals or I have it on long-term loan.
However, you make me realize me that I should ask the two people's books that
I've been putting off doing ( (one because something else is due at the
library) and the other because it is a tome and I have it from a place from to
which it doesn't have to be returned until requested. if they need the
creddits (of course, I have credits I can donate, I think, though they may have
ben used up.

This may be a good time to remind people that if they need credits for
membership they can ask on the list if someone has credits they can give to
them, or ask Madeleine if there are credits in the credit pool that can be
given.

Will do, Tracy. I will finish and get it up quickly. The possible cancer
relapse turned out negative, thank God. Was not looking forward to more
chemo. Now my whole demeanor and mental health are better so hoping to read
more. Besides, it is just too darned hot here to move around much! (smiles)
  Again, sorry about the delay.

Sorry to hear you've been dealing with cancer. I've done that myself.
  Good luck with it.

If you're almost through with the book, then finish it up. You really could
jiffy-proof it safely, though. Do what you think is best. I was just
  worried about it.
