Hi Bob!
Nope, ISBN is not required. Just fill out the metadata without it. Books
published before I think 1970-something didn't have ISBN's so it's fine not
to have one.
Happy proofreading!

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] isbn question

Okay, I know this has been answered before, but ... .
I am proofing "The Tretonian Ring" by L. Spraig De'Kamp, published in 1969.
It doesn't appear to have an ISBN. I thought we had to have a cover page
with title, author, publisher, publishing date and ISBN.
Should I make one up? (Just kidding.) Actually, what am I supposed to do?
