Hi Angel,
I’m still confused about what your computer is doing with the pages, sorry.
Try holding down the alt key and hit V, then hit N. Does it help? The V is
for view and n is for normal. The instructions you have are from me. I’ll try
to figure out what you need and get back to you.

Ok let me be spacific if u all dont understand. I am running jaws 13, windows
7, and ms word 2007. An the problem that I am having is the page down key will
go down to the next page. But I cant see what is on the page. it moves straight
to the next page. An then I end up using my arrow keys an I have to press them
multiple times for text to show. An that is what I am trying to figure out how
to fix that problem with my USB numpad.

I am rather confused. What is your exact question and what do you mean "getting
JAWS to figure out if there is anything on that page?"
As far as the off-list guide is concerned, we need to know what editing program
you are using--MS Word, etc?
