I think the proofer is submitting the book today, if he has not
already, so we don't need a check on this one, but thank you for
offering to do that; that was nice of you.
I was more asking for future reference. When I scanned the index there
were a million of those indent arrows. I erased them but that killed
the indents I suppose, and screwed up the formatting. I was just
asking for the next book. smile
