In an index, when you have an entry, and under that entry are
sub-entries, how do you indicate those?
For instance, from the book I scanned that Doug is proofing:
Roenne, Col. Alexis Baron von (and FHW), 11,43, 224, 226
Allied invasion of Europe, 11-12, 13,19,38
"Fortitude," 20, 25, 27, 32-33, 41-42, 44
"Mincemeat," 167, 171
Rogge, Capt. Bernhard, 200, 201, 202
In this case the main entry is Roenne, Col. Alexis blah blah
The sub-entries are the lines beginning "Allied invasion",
"Fortitude", and "Mincement".
The next entry is Rogge, Capt. Bernhard blah blah
How would that be indicated for the Bookshare copy?
