Dear Shane,
You will need to login to Bookshare's web site and make sure that you've
filled out all the information that the new web site requires. This appears
to remove the Bookshare insufficient privileges message. This appears to be
a bug on Bookshare's side (or feature, depends on how you look at it).

I just tried to use the braille Plus to download "Kiss the Girls" by
James Patterson, and I received a message that states "Insuffiscient
privilages." My bookshare membership is valid, or at least should be.
