Probably be easier to do it in a text file or a word file and put a link to the file to have people download it.

As for the ordered and unordered lists the code you want is as follows:

For an ordered list:
<ol>
 <li> put item here.</li>
</ol>

For unordered lists:
<ul>
 <li>Put item here.</li>
</ul>
