I keep a BOOKS folder on my hard drive and under it I keep an APPROVED folder and an EDITING folder. That way I know books in the regular books folder are the original copies and books in the EDITING folder are copies being worked on, so if I proofread I know I need to upload only from the EDITING folder and not from the BOOKS folder. It's easy to goof up if you don't have a good way to keep them straight. -- Jamie in Michigan Currently Reading: The BoneMan's Daughters by Ted Dekker Earn cash for answering trivia questions every 3 hours: http://instantcashsweepstakes.com/invitations/ref_link/49497 See everything I've read this year at: www.michiganrxtech.com/books.html
