HI Kelly,

I had a book that got a 99.98 rating from the system where my rank spelling
was only at about 99.6.

Sometimes a lot proper names and, particularly,
dialect will cause the authomatic rater to rate a
perfected book as only good. That's why we have the
option to change it.

I was surprised to find that the automatic rater rates
after acceptance; I'd thought it was only after
submission. I'm always learning something new here.
