Bud, Several people have expressed a wish to donate their credits, and the staff has said they would consider making it possible. For now, though, credits aren't transferable. Don't forget that Bookshare is a nonprofit. While I wouldn't classify it as a struggling nonprofit, it's still not self-sufficient, and I wouldn't expect Bookshare to establish a procedure for transferring credits before it does become self-sufficient. Also, you stop accumulating credits once you have met your quota for your next subscription. I won't be using them as I keep busy with all the books my wife brings home from the library and I enjoy reading them and sending them on to bookshare. My question is can I give those credits to somebody who maybe can't afford to join bookshare without a little help? I don't know how much credit I have built up or if it builds up from year to year or just the current year It seems a shame for them to just sit there when somebody might could use them. Thanks..
