Hi Lori,
It’s a table of contents, so that one is okay to convert to text.

Alt+jlv will convert the table to text. But I thought we were not to convert
tables to text any more.

I must be losing it. I’ve forgotten how to get rid of tables in Word 2010.
The ribbons confuse me a lot.
The table of contents in this book is an actual table, which is just silly, and
I want to change it to plain text.
