Mayrie explained very well how to avoid that. And if you check match Match case 
it helps because often the headings are in italics. Once--and only once, I 
found I'd deleted the title, or the same words that were in the title, from the 
text--probably because I didn't check match case--but since I was reading the 
book I could tell from the context that it was missing and it was easy enough 
to put it in. smile
