Are you blind? Do you use JAWS? If so, hit JAWS Key (Insert on the number
pad)+4, and a list of symbols will pop up. E acute is in that list, but I don't
think e Grave is. Just press Enter or click on the symbol you need and it will
be inserted. Sometimes the spell-checker will offer French spelling, including
symbols. One of the words I know does this is fiancé€. I believe there's a site
where you can go to find symbols like this, too. Maybe someone else can help
with that site.
