Actually they ARE on the bottoms of the pages on which they occur. Yep.
Not notes or end notes. I didn't expect there to be 82 footnotes in
chapter 1. lol

I agree with Mayrie. I have scanned a few books with notes and that's
the 
way I did them.

I don't think those are footnotes, by the way, but just notes, or
perhaps 
endnotes. Footnotes appear at the bottoms of pages, and it's highly
unlikely 
that there would be as many as 67 of them. <grin>

Glad to have such a conscientious person joining us.
