If you download the free McAfee Site Adviser and then
google food exchange and/or diabetes food exchange--I
don't now whether it's for diabetes or calories or
nutrition that you want it--then you'll find lots of
sites and will know whether they're safe (green check
mark), unsafe (red x), or haven't been checked out by
McAfee yet (?). smile Of course, I don't know whether
or not you'll be able to tell if you're blind--if they
make noise or anything. sigh
