Hi:
I agree with Bob and it is logical to have it above the login.

Hi Carrie and my other booksharian friends.

I have a suggestion to make the site a little friendlier.

If the "remember me" box were above the "login" button, instead of below it,
speech users would be much more likely to remember to check it.

It's a minor thing and probably takes priority -0, but I do think it would be
helpful.

  Thanks,
  Bob

Great! I'm hoping that everyone else is able to use the remember-me box
without problems after the new fix is deployed tonight. I have no idea when
they will swap the fix in, but I'd like everyone to test it tomorrow morning,
if possible.

Thanks for letting me know, Carrie

      Hi Carrie,

I didn't see your request until this morning. I just checked and yes it
is fixed and the site is remembering my id and pswd and all the settings I have
chosen.

A very big thanks to all the Bookshare staff.

        Hi gang,

I FINALLY finished approving all the books in the approval queue, so
everything has been reprocessed. So I have a request for everyone. Please
download any book that has been put into the collection since Sunday night when
the new system went live. Please check to see if there's any missing text,
especially near italicized text. If you do find that there's text missing in
your book, let me know and I'll reprocess the book. It's possible that I
accidentally skipped one, so I'm hoping everyone will double-check my work.

And I have a question for the group:
Is there anyone who's still having problems with the Bookshare system
remembering your username and password? All those people who are using IE-6 and
IE-7, please check to see if Bookshare remembers your username and password.
If there's still a problem, please let me know and I'll ask Engineering to take
a look at it.

Thanks for bearing with us, while we make corrections to the new
website. We all do appreciate it!

        Carrie
