Oh, Lissi, that's great! I was checking my e-mail, and I was just about to write to you with my phone number when I saw that Gerald had everything under control. <Smile> The rest of this week is pretty crazy, but I should be able to get in touch next week... I think! <Smile> Congratulations, and may this be the first of many, many more!

Jana

And the validation goes to Lissi!!!

applause...standing ovation!!!

I couldn't have accomplished this without the help of so many wonderful people. My heartfelt thanks go to Carrie for scanning and off list advice, Kaitlyn for a phone lesson, Mike and Cindy for patient, and clear step by step instructions, Gerald for lending his professional expertise, for talking me through it and for never giving up when my computer couldn't find my corrected book, the Wednesday conference callers for their enthusiasm, Robert and Maria for helping me download my first book, Peter and Marissa for helping me to register and all of you on this list because through all of my questions, I never sensed criticism. Thank you to God, to my parents for having me, to Popeye and Blackberry for holding it when I wasn't at a good stopping place while validating and...the orchestra blares, I'm firmly herded off stage and we fade to a commercial...

My book was rated fair when I downloaded and excellent, with 99.96 accuracy when it was accepted!

What a happy day!

Always With Love,

Lissi

Good luck--and do let us know the solution. Gerald is
great, and hopefully he can help you.

Dear Cindy,

Your instructions were easy to follow until I
entered on browse. I couldn't
find the brf to blacken, nor could I find the name
of the file I made and
saved, though all the files I originally had were
there . Gerald has offered
some very remedial help. I'll let you know how I
progress, or maybe not as I
might be headed to the bottom of the class. - sigh -

Still determined,

Always With Love,

Lissi
