I am so sorry! I just reread this after Jamie's comment and I misread what you are saying, I thought you were wanting to change one on a book you read, not on when you submitted. By all means you can improve a synopsis when you submit the book. Often there are errors or there is no long synopsis, just a repeat of the short synopsis. We always feel encouraged to improve the synopsis in those cases especially. I shouldn't write when I wake up from a nap… I make too many mistakes. sorry about that!
