Misha,

When you submit a book after scanning it, comments in
the comments section accompany the book onto the
download list and are read by those who want to
download and validate it. However, after validation,
whether the book is rejected or accepted, whatever is
written in the Comments section is seen only by the
administrator. That's why I put comments I want the
reader to have in the long synopsis, whether it be
that there's a lot of dialect in the book, or it's
English rather than American spelling and punctuation,
or there's profanity, obscenity, graphic sex or
violence. Sometimes there's very little, but that
might be offensive to some people, so I do write that
there's a little profanity, but that the book's
worthwhile reading anyway. That way the reader is
warned.
