[bksvol-discuss] duplicated scanning

Sigh. To avoid duplicated effort is the reason for
this list. Maybe I should post it daily on this list
rather than on Jamie's site and rather than only when
it's updated so people will be reminded to check it,
and it will be easier to check.

Amber, let me know whenyou submjit it and I will
delete it from the list.
