Robert, will you please report this in an email to
support@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ? I'm asking you to do this because I sent a
similar email to Rob Turner last week, and he said he wants to hear
from us if it happens again so he can help engineering find the cause.
He thought my situation might be an isolated case. As far as I know,
Rob doesn't read our list closely. He's the only person working in
customer support for now since John Glass has left Bookshare. With
over 100,000 members now, I'll bet we keep Rob hopping. (smile) If we
don't report problems to the support address, they won't know that
we're having trouble, and that means they can't fix it.
