[bksvol-discuss] deleting headers

Hi Gang,
I've scanned a book which is about 400 pages long. The auther and
title are at the top of each page and are written with a space
between every letter. I started doing each letter by hand and find
it's quite time consuming. Is this something that the stripper I
believe it's called will take out?
Another question, it has two ISBN numbers. Somebody suggested I use
the short one that is ten digits long, but both of these are longer
than ten letters. Should I just leave it blank where it asks for ISBN?
