Thank you so much for your thoughtful message. The tone differs a great
deal from the one I received from Gerald. I know both your intention, mine
and Gerald's is in the best interest of bookshare. I will compile such a
list for staff.
Am I correct in assuming that there is some sort of volunteer committee of
tech support to whom I need to submit it or who ion bookshare staff needs
it?
