If you're having issues saving your RTF files, in that they refuse to
save,
I wonder if possibly your RichFile database is damaged? Try deleting it
from
C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Application Data\KESI (substitute C
for
whichever letter the drive on to which K1000 is installed has been
assigned). When you reopen K1000 and attempt to save an RTF file, it will
automatically be recreated to allow for the saving of that file.
Alternatively, if it's just one particular RTF file that's been giving
you
grief, and all others work fine (this did happen to me once), try
selecting
all the text in it, copying it to the clipboard, closing and then
deleting
the RTF file, creating a new one with the same name, and pasting the
clipboard contents in to it, then saving, and then see if you can save
changes once you've made some.

Okay my Kurzweil is nuts. Now it turns out that it isn't saving any

I talk to kurzweil and they said if i'
m going to validate a book as a rtf file it should be done in word.
Only use the rank spelling in kurzweil. They suggested that the file
should be done as a kes file then converted by to rtf.
What's anybody's take.
When I went to conversion I didn't find kes there was text, braille rtf
other.
so now what.
