Hi Kellie,
There is at least one submitter who always gives the printing or publishing
place as the copyright owner even though the books say that the author owns
the copyright. Could that be one of the problems Gustavo is having? Good
for you for your intention of writing him.

When Gustavo gets back I'm going to write him a very clear and concise
e-mail explaining that these boomerang books are lowering morale around here
and requesting some guidelines about what triggers his suspicions of
inaccuracy and what we as validators can do to allay them, short of becoming
copyright lawyers. <grin>
