I've been there before, sorry that happened to you. I do know a place
that can give you a computer for $100, but it is Windows XP, if
interested let me know and I'll get it to you.
I guess I was lucky enough to have a friend who actually had to gave a
Windows 7 laptop a home, and had it not been for that, I still would
be using public computers even now, so I feel your pain or rather have
felt it. Are you using your screen reader on a thumb drive or using
satogo.com
I hope and pray that you'll get hooked up with one soon!

"To me, music that breaks your heart is the music that stays with you
forever. It's one thing to be melancholy and one thing to be sophisticated,
but when you get the two of them together in a way people can relate to,
then I think you're on to something. You want the sophistication to lie in
the purity of the sound, the beauty of the arrangements, and the quality of
the performances."-Trumpeter Chris Botti
