Just a suggestion: I think it would be a good idea to check both the collection
and Jesse?s list,
once it gets updated, before one submits a book to see if it?s already in the
collection, or already
being validated, or awaiting administrator approval. This would save a possible
validator time and
energy. When a book gets submitted, it goes automatically and instantly, or
almost instantly, to
the download-for-validation list. A person looking for books to validate
probably would not check to
see if it?s already in the collection because he/she would assume the scanner
had already done
that. So he/she would spend the time to validate it, when he/she could be
working on something
else.
