Hello Cindy,
I think the word “chapter” should match the capitalization of whatever follows
it, i.e. CHAPTER ONE or Chapter One, whichever.

Thanks Roger, & Lii and whoever told me what I should do with the chapter
titles, i.e.put the word Chapter before the word number; in the book the
number word is all caps; should leave them that way or make the whole title
caps, e.g. CHAPTER ONE or capitalize both the word chapter and the number,
e.g. Chapter One? If it doesn't matter probably the former would be the least
work and minimize my mistakes and makeit easiest to check adn be sure all
titles are therednn order smile

I think you should add the word chapter before the number even if the number
is spelled out. I am not sure what the rationale for this is, but I, as a
reader, would appreciate that. As I read along using a continuously reading
synthetic voice it is good to know unambiguously when a new chapter comes
along. A number by itself could be a page number or some other kind of number.
Having once been a sighted reader I know that these things are quite clear when
one is looking at a page of print, but when you have a detached robot reading
to you it tends to lack complete clarity.

I haven't received an answer to my question in response to Roger's answer
to my first question. If the book simply has the word for the number for
the chapter tile, e.g. ONE should I leave It like hat ( in 16 point bold of
course) or should I change it to Chapter One?) I suppose I shouldn't change it
to Chapter 1
