Sorry --I keep forgetting things and apparently didn't save this in my
bookshare notes I know chapter titles should be 16 point bold; I seem to
remember that instead of doing them exactly as they are in the print book
we're supposed to do them like this: Chapter 1 I think that's what I did in
the last book I proofed and it was accepted) but even though it was just
a little while ago I forgot and don't still have the file
