Sorry to bother you all; I forgot--- does the word chapter have to be in
"title case i.e. Chapter or can it be in caps if it is that way in the
book. Inmy last book I changed to the former and my titles were like this:
Chapter 1; do I have to do that in this book or is CHAPTER 1 O.K. (I KNOW
BOLD 16-- that's not the question
