Aren't those double spaces eliminated by the converter just like the blank lines are? I seem to recall that being mentioned on this list at one time.

Do I have to go back and make them consistent. and do you prefer there to be a space or nor space? All are 16 point bold and I think are in all caps, since thte book had them that way.
