Kelly,

If you can fix the problem, then please do so. Sometimes the OCR software
has trouble recognizing the chapter headings due to their size, font, and
attributes like italics, but since the last one is there, you should be able
to get the others to scan. Sometimes it helps to change OCR engines when
working with the larger text. If you've tried your best and aren't able to
get them to scan, then mention that in the comments, and maybe the validator
can get a copy of the book and fix them.

New question on the same book. <g>
In my scaned copy most of the chapter numbers are missing. There's no table
of contence and no chapter titles except for the last chaper. Should I go
through my print copy and find them all? Or can I just earase the two
remaining chapter number? I would in either case keep the last chapter
title.
