If at all possible try to include all chapter numbers and titles as that
might be important to someone in the future.

In my scaned copy most of the chapter numbers are missing. There's no table
of contence and no chapter titles except for the last chaper. Should I go
through my print copy and find them all? Or can I just earase the two remaining
chapter number? I would in either case keep the last chapter title.
