[bksvol-discuss] chapter # or no chapter #?

New question on the same book. <g>
In my scaned copy most of the chapter numbers are missing. There's no table of
contence and no chapter titles except for the last chaper. Should I go through
my print copy and find them all? Or can I just earase the two remaining chapter
number? I would in either case keep the last chapter title.
