Well, like I said, many of the books have not had those things stripped.
I'm almost willing to say that most of the books I download are this way...
but some of them do have chapters stripped.  It almost seems a better idea
not to strip the books at all.  If the right things are not being stripped
and the wrong things are, it almost makes more sense to leave the books
alone.  At least that way we can assure that chapter headings remain intact.
