Kellie, This particular book had no print page numbers. Do you think that's why the chapter headings were eliminated? Hi Jill,
Blank lines don't actually help protect chapter headings. What you'd need to do is put a fake header above them--either the header that appears on the other pages or at least the page number, or maybe a duplicate of the chapter heading.
