I just joined last night and I think it's really interesting. It is a matter of each day going to a website and checking the updates of the people you are following. If you don't want to go to the website, there are several other ways to read updates. You can have them text messaged to your cell phone, or messaged to you at your preferred instant message program. That's about all I know just now as I've only recently joined.
