I also really like reading in braille when my husband and I are sitting around both reading, usually either at night or in the morning over coffee. Braille makes it possible for us to interact, share things that we are reading and so on. This would be a very different experience if I were sitting there with a pair of headphones on! *grin* Donna > -----Original Message----- > From: bksvol-discuss-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:bksvol-discuss- > bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Amber Wallenstein > Sent: Saturday, August 29, 2009 10:27 AM > To: bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Re: braille > > I can't tell you what a blessing Braille is for places like airplanes, > moving busses, trains, etc where reading in audio is very difficult for > me. > Yay Braille. > Amber > Book blog: > http://community.livejournal.com/book_cuddler/ > I have accepted a seat in the House of Representatives, and thereby > have > consented to my own ruin, to your ruin, and to the ruin of our > children.
