Hi all,Kim, you may want to take this off-line, but I can help you I think. In fact, I may be able to help all of you. I put in a call to Jim Ruby, one of the techies at Talking Communities. He's going to look at the Blind Cool Tech Server. You're not the only one having difficulty with it. This problem occurred with one of the Accessible World rooms about a year and a half ago, I think Pat was still alive them. Anyway, she got right on it and since then there's been no trouble. That's more than the folks at Blind Cool Tech did when I alerted them to the problem. Didn't even give me the time of day, the crumbs.
