I don't think it really matters if you have A and The in the title or not.
The list is so large that I suspect most people use find to see if the book
is on the list.
Maybe for the wishlist, where people might browse it to see what they might
want to scan next, it might matter more, but for the being scanned list, I
don't think it matters.
